Owns deployment, adoption, and value realization for 40–50 B2B SaaS accounts. Leads implementation planning, risk resolution, customer enablement, success planning, executive reviews, renewals, and expansion in partnership with sales. Advises customers on analytics data architecture, instrumentation, taxonomy, and AI workflows while driving measurable business outcomes. The role also develops repeatable playbooks, shares best practices, and channels customer feedback internally.

Leads product marketing strategy for Amplitude’s multi-product portfolio, including analytics, Statsig, and AI Agents. Defines positioning, messaging, product narratives, go-to-market strategies, enablement, customer proof, adoption, and major launches. Builds and coaches a high-performing product marketing team while remaining hands-on. Translates customer, competitive, technical, and market insights into business and product strategy, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and executive leadership.
