Lead GTM compensation strategy and programs: design pay frameworks, manage lifecycle compensation processes, analyze market and comp data, advise founders and senior leaders, and scale enterprise-wide compensation solutions.

Lead a team of compensation partners and drive enterprise-wide compensation strategy, design, and program delivery. Partner with People, Finance, and business leaders on complex pay decisions, scale compensation infrastructure, leverage analytics and AI, and ensure operational excellence across global pay cycles, equity strategy, and governance.

Lead Databricks' positioning as a strategic AI transformation partner to C-suite leaders: build executive relationships, co-create and operationalize AI transformation roadmaps, develop scaled engagement and co-sell models with partners, and establish an Expert Advisory Council to guide scaled AI adoption and value realization.

Develop account plans, prioritize opportunities, and coordinate resources to drive value-based adoption.

Run and own AI-first sales development programs: design metrics, reporting, governance, adoption, and sequence management. Drive executive cadences, prioritize with sales leaders, build data foundations and field-facing reporting, and partner across AI Ops, Sales Ops, GTM Analytics, and Enablement to scale AI-native prospecting.

Lead and scale Databricks' global web marketing function: build a product-focused team, modernize web properties for humans and AI agents, implement personalization and testing, apply AI to automate web workflows, ensure machine-readable content and strong information architecture, drive analytics-informed growth, manage vendors, and coordinate global marketing efforts.

Design and maintain a skill and concept graph, build ML models to infer learner skills, and develop recommendation systems and LLM-driven features. Ship production-ready LLM systems, define explainability standards, partner with frontend and product teams, and monitor model performance and evaluation frameworks.

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will engage with customers, develop strategies with Account Executives, and coach junior staff while promoting the Databricks platform through technical engagements and community involvement.

Lead end-to-end technical strategy and architecture for accounts, drive Databricks platform adoption, design scalable data and ML/streaming solutions, advise senior technical stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, influence product direction, and support production deployments on public cloud.
