As an Account Executive, you'll manage the full sales cycle for medium-sized businesses, transforming prospects into clients while collaborating with sales teams and engineers.

Manage a portfolio of mid-market SaaS customers to grow revenue and retention. Develop account plans, generate pipeline, execute consultative sales, forecast accurately, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure customers realize ongoing value.

Own the Dialpad sales motion for the T‑Mobile partnership within assigned New York markets. Build relationships with T‑Mobile sellers, generate pipeline, lead opportunities from discovery to close, coordinate stakeholders, manage forecast and pipeline discipline, conduct enablement and customer meetings, and travel regularly within assigned markets to drive predictable revenue.

Provide technical advice, run product and integration demos, perform technical audits and configuration recommendations, deliver admin training, and partner with Customer Success Managers to improve customer outcomes on the Dialpad platform.

Drive revenue execution for high-volume Commercial and SMB motions by enforcing pipeline stage criteria, improving forecast methodology, running pipeline councils, eliminating poorly qualified or stalled deals, and partnering with analytics and systems teams to convert insights into process and system improvements that increase forecast accuracy and velocity.

Support development and execution of partner co-marketing and GTM programs across North America. Execute integrated campaigns, track performance and budgets, support partner enablement, maintain content standards, collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams, and help optimize tools and processes to drive partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.

Lead strategic ISV partnerships and manage Dialpad's App Marketplace to drive integrations, adoption, co-sell/resell revenue, and marketplace monetization. Negotiate agreements, build joint business plans, track partner performance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement API integrations and go-to-market initiatives.

As a Sales Engineer III, you will conduct product demos, manage proof of concepts, and work with the Sales team to meet customer requirements using Dialpad's AI-powered solutions.

Dialership is a virtual, unpaid summer program (June–August 2027) where participants attend two weekly sessions to learn about business functions (sales, engineering, marketing, product, AI, etc.), network with leaders, get resume/LinkedIn feedback, and receive a certificate upon completion. No work projects are assigned; participants commit to 2 hours/week and engage in interactive sessions.
