Leads a new financial services sales region in the New York area, building and managing an Account Executive team focused on enterprise customer acquisition and expansion. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, territory planning, go-to-market execution, forecasting, pipeline management, revenue delivery, partner collaboration, and executive customer engagement. Deliver GitLab professional services for public sector customers, including installations, upgrades, migrations, training, and advisory engagements. Plan and execute deployments using infrastructure and configuration as code, provide technical guidance, manage multiple customer projects, and coordinate with project and engineering teams. Supports GitLab’s partner ecosystem operations from account setup and deal registration through quoting, ordering, and post-sales support. The role manages Salesforce and partner-system data, processes partner transactions, monitors workflows, builds dashboards, resolves standard issues, supports compliance and month-end controls, and improves processes through documentation, automation, and self-service. It also provides operational guidance, training, and communications to partners, sellers, and cross-functional teams.

Build and operate GitLab’s Rust-based Knowledge Graph backend supporting SDLC and code indexing, graph queries, MCP endpoints, AI agents, and analytics. Integrate with Rails, ClickHouse, NATS JetStream, and Data Insights systems. Engage directly with customers, simplify complex technical workflows, prioritize across user experience and operational efficiency, and guide product decisions in an evolving problem space.

Drive enterprise sales growth across San Francisco, focusing on AI-native organizations and strategic accounts. Build executive relationships, develop account plans, orchestrate cross-functional sales teams, guide customers through complex DevSecOps transformations, and manage the full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and implementation. Generate pipeline, expand existing accounts, forecast performance, conduct win/loss analysis, and position GitLab as a long-term technology partner for AI and software engineering organizations.

Manage a distributed team of senior and staff engineers developing and scaling Gitaly, GitLab’s Git storage tier. Drive complex infrastructure, performance, scalability, architecture, and maintainability initiatives while balancing roadmap and platform priorities. Provide mentoring, career development, technical guidance, and accountability.
