Responsibilities include prospecting, opportunity development, negotiation, closing, account planning, stakeholder alignment, customer adoption, expansion, forecasting, and collaboration with solutions architects, customer success, support, marketing, and channel partners.

Partner with sales teams to support pipeline and expansion, guide customers through software delivery, security, and cloud adoption, and communicate field feedback to product and engineering teams.

Leads technical pre-sales activities for GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform across Southern EMEA. Responsibilities include customer discovery, demonstrations, solution architecture, proofs of concept and value, workshops, tenders, audits, and value stream assessments. Advises customers on software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices; collaborates with Account Executives on account strategy; builds customer relationships; and communicates feedback to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Owns the technology, processes, data, and operational infrastructure supporting GitLab’s channel and ecosystem partnerships. Responsibilities include partner deal registration, quote-to-cash, tiering, incentives, PRM and Salesforce administration, system integrations, attribution data, reporting, month-end close, process documentation, and AI workflow automation. The role coordinates with Deal Desk, Finance, IT, Legal, Sales, and partners to improve execution, resolve escalations, and scale ecosystem operations.

Designs, operates, and improves production Kubernetes platforms across cloud environments. Manages ArgoCD GitOps workflows, Terraform infrastructure, CI/CD integrations, platform reliability, observability, security controls, and developer enablement. Collaborates with application teams to onboard services, create self-service tooling and documentation, respond to incidents, and improve platform availability and performance.

Manages a distributed team of Solutions Architects across India while serving as a player-coach on strategic sales opportunities. Leads technical evaluations, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements; builds executive customer relationships; and translates technical requirements into business outcomes. The role also owns regional operating practices, forecasting, resource allocation, KPI tracking, cross-functional alignment, hiring, coaching, and team development across Sales, Channel, Marketing, Enablement, and Product Management.

Owns the roadmap and execution of global partner programs across sourcing, co-selling, services, adoption, renewals, and marketplace motions. Owns strategy, roadmap, reliability, compliance, infrastructure investments, customer migrations, and enterprise-grade SLAs. Oversees distributed engineering managers and teams across orchestration, resilience, control-plane APIs, public-sector platforms, FedRAMP readiness, AWS GovCloud, and migration tooling.
