Own and grow a strategic book of business across Federal Systems Integrators by aligning GitLab's DevSecOps platform to mission priorities. Build account plans, navigate complex procurement, lead pre- and post-sales activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams and resellers, drive adoption, and contribute customer feedback to product development.

Lead the field organizations AI adoption by defining enablement roadmaps, identifying and piloting high-impact field use cases, driving operational scale, building field champions, and owning governance for safe, compliant AI tool adoption. Partner with product, engineering, ops, and analytics to measure impact and embed AI into day-to-day sales workflows.

Design, build, and maintain People systems automations and integrations (Workato, Workday, Greenhouse, Slack) using production-quality code. Improve CI/CD, reliability, observability, and AI-driven automation (Claude, MCP). Collaborate with CSMs, AEs, and renewals to support implementations, architecture, CI/CD, SCM, DevSecOps, and Agile Planning. Create reusable enablement content and maintain specialty competency.

Manage large-scale software and consulting projects end-to-end for enterprise customers. Coordinate cross-functional teams, executive stakeholder communications, escalations, delivery schedules, scope, risks, and revenue recognition while improving Professional Services PM processes, tools, metrics, and templates.

Lead technical engagements to install, migrate, configure, and onboard customers to GitLab. Create SOWs, migration plans, training, documentation, and automation; communicate risks/status; collaborate with Product and Engineering; support quoting and process improvements. Travel approximately 20%.

Lead long-range bookings and ARR financial modeling, support pricing and packaging, build business cases for new products and partnerships, assess unit economics and market opportunity, and provide strategic finance recommendations to executives and the Board.

Lead and develop a distributed team of Solutions Architects supporting enterprise customers in the East territory. Hire, coach, and retain talent; engage in key customer opportunities; drive technical evaluations, demos, and proofs of concept; collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing; define and track team KPIs and communicate progress and risks to leadership.
