Own strategic and enterprise accounts in France, acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships. Own GitLab’s competitive positioning for AI and agentic software development. Analyze competitors and market signals, shape product roadmap recommendations, develop sales and executive enablement assets, lead displacement campaigns, and brief analysts, investors, and executives. Establish thought leadership, define competitive narratives, measure win-rate impact, and elevate competitive marketing practices across the team.

Lead product vision and strategy for an end-to-end AI-powered software factory. Integrate planning, coding, review, and verification across GitLab Duo Agent Platform and product areas. Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams, identify gaps and dependencies, present recommendations to executives, and drive execution to deliver cohesive developer workflows.

Owns GitLab’s security policy and standards lifecycle, including drafting, approvals, exceptions, attestations, regulatory alignment, framework mapping, audits, and adherence measurement. Translates emerging regulations into actionable requirements, supports customer trust activities, and automates governance and evidence workflows using AI. Provides technical and program leadership across Security, Product, Legal, and Engineering while mentoring team members and shaping the security governance roadmap.

Leads technical delivery for GitLab Professional Services engagements, from discovery and scoping through implementation and handoff. Designs scalable, secure architectures for cloud and on-premises environments; deploys GitLab using Terraform, Ansible, and GET; and manages source-code and CI/CD migrations with Congregate. Provides DevOps and DevSecOps consulting, coordinates customers and partners, creates documentation and enablement materials, mentors consultants, and maintains tested automation assets.
