Serve as primary contact for escalated enterprise support and incident response. Drive critical incident management, author RCAs, coordinate cross-functional teams (support, engineering, product, sales), run technical calls, improve processes, participate in on-call rotations, and manage customer communications and expectations.

Drive sales by presenting Netskope cloud security solutions, leading demos and POCs, gathering technical requirements, resolving customer issues, supporting evaluations, responding to RFPs, and collaborating with product and support teams to win deals.

The role involves leading strategic AI partnerships, driving revenue growth, and managing cross-functional teams while advocating for AI initiatives internally and externally.

Drive new business and exceed revenue targets across an assigned territory by prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise accounts. Develop account strategies, foster customer satisfaction and retention, and build strong channel partner relationships while selling complex cloud and network security solutions to C-level executives.

Drive sales by presenting and demonstrating Netskope cloud security solutions, leading POCs, gathering technical requirements, resolving customer issues, influencing executives and architects, providing product feedback, and supporting trade shows, RFIs/RFPs, and regional customer success with frequent travel.

Lead and execute a strategic analyst relations (AR) program to increase visibility with Gartner, Forrester, IDC and other firms. Manage analyst relationships, secure strong placements in vendor evaluations, integrate AI/automation to scale AR operations, capture and distribute analyst insights, coordinate with Product, PR, and GTM teams, develop analyst-facing content and customer references, and drive participation at industry events. Define AR metrics, manage budgets and contracts, and present to senior executives to influence product and go-to-market strategies.
