Own the Oracle database protection and recovery product roadmap, including RAC, Exadata, Data Guard, on-premises, and cloud environments. Engage enterprise customers, translate escalations and usage data into product requirements, lead cross-database initiatives, support launches, train sales engineers, and drive adoption. The role also provides market intelligence on IT talent and compensation while recruiting for positions such as program managers, AI architects, AI engineers, technical product managers, and product owners.

Own end-to-end workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations. Advise leaders and HR partners on employee relations, accommodations, performance, and separations; maintain case documentation and tracking; identify organizational trends; support policy improvements and manager training; and provide impartial HR-for-HR oversight. Partner with Legal and external counsel on sensitive matters while using AI tools to assist investigation planning, evidence summaries, and reporting.

Leads Rubrik’s commercial security audit and certification portfolio, managing audit calendars, external auditors, evidence collection, control mapping, findings remediation, certification lifecycle activities, and leadership reporting. Partners with InfoSec, IT, Legal, Engineering, and Risk Management to maintain continuous audit readiness across SOC, ISO, CSA STAR, TISAX, HITRUST, and HIPAA frameworks. Uses Jira-based dashboards, GRC tooling, AI, and automation to streamline audit workflows and support customer security inquiries.

Own Rubrik’s customer story and CXO Visionaries programs from recruitment and discovery through content production, events, awards, and executive engagement. Develop technically grounded customer narratives, manage editorial workflows and external vendors, track story impact, and partner with sales, PR, product, engineering, alliances, and events teams. Build scalable processes and quality standards while translating cybersecurity and data resilience outcomes into compelling proof points for senior business and technology audiences.

Serve as the senior technical authority for global public cloud architecture across strategic customer engagements. Define reference architectures, standards, guardrails, and cloud service offerings; lead complex multi-region and multi-cloud designs; advise executive stakeholders; partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success; build reusable automation and technical IP; mentor architects; establish competency standards; and influence product roadmaps and delivery methodology.
