The Sales Development Representative at Rubrik identifies and qualifies prospects, generates business meetings, and collaborates with sales teams, while receiving ongoing development and coaching.

As a Sales Development Representative Intern, you will identify potential customers, personalize communications, and generate qualified meetings for sales teams. You will also engage in training to enhance selling skills and learn about cybersecurity trends.

Lead and grow strategic Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partnerships, driving co-sell pipeline, revenue, executive engagement, QBRs, embedded solution commercialization, partner enablement, and go-to-market alignment. Serve as primary business development driver between Rubrik field sales and GSIs, accelerating adoption and joint opportunities across OEM/ISV ecosystems.

Perform 24/7 SOC monitoring and incident response across networks, endpoints, cloud and SaaS; triage, investigate, and remediate incidents; collaborate with vulnerability management, FedRAMP, and engineering teams; refine detection/playbooks; maintain incident documentation and SOC processes; support FedRAMP-related security and privacy responsibilities and periodic background investigations.

Lead negotiation of complex technology and cloud licensing agreements, focusing on security terms. Advise Sales, InfoSec, Product, and Legal on contractual security and compliance risks, translate technical posture into scalable contract language, and support regulatory and novel issues while closing enterprise deals.

Senior field leader owning strategy, execution, and outcomes for nine national reseller partners. Drive executive engagement, joint business plans, pipeline generation, partner-sourced revenue, team performance, and cross-functional activation. Measure and optimize partner metrics, remove deal blockers, and scale partner GTM motions.

Lead a team of Sales Engineers, provide technical direction, manage recruiting and hiring, and drive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

Lead global alliance strategy to grow partner-led revenue by enabling partners, coordinating account mappings, driving pipeline generation, and representing Rubrik at partner events. Work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and marketing to execute joint GTM, enablement, and deal support to accelerate POCs and closed deals.

Lead and grow strategic relationships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) to drive new logo acquisition, pipeline generation, and bookings. Manage partner enablement, financial selling, negotiations, forecasting, and interlock with Rubrik sales. Accelerate partner adoption of Rubrik solutions, build OEM/ISV ecosystems, and represent Rubrik value to executive stakeholders. Role requires heavy travel and US-based location.
