Lead and grow a TPM function, define operating models and governance, and personally drive end-to-end execution of the companys most complex cross-functional ad tech programs. Hire and mentor 2-4 TPMs, align roadmaps with product and engineering, enforce risk and dependency management, champion Agile/SAFe, ensure privacy/compliance inputs, and represent program health to executive leadership.
