Manage full sales cycle for mid-market public sector accounts: prospect, qualify, run POCs, negotiate multi-stakeholder deals ($20k–$250k), build executive relationships, forecast in SFDC, and close business while traveling for onsite meetings.

Serve as the final technical escalation for camera hardware, firmware, and AI-edge issues. Perform end-to-end debugging, analyze device telemetry and fleet patterns, lead post-mortems, drive hardware launch validation and runbooks, run on-site investigations and beta deployments, develop diagnostic tools, and coach support engineers.

Lead renewals for a 35–55 account portfolio, secure favorable 36-month renewals, minimize churn, identify expansion opportunities, forecast in Salesforce, and collaborate with CSMs/AEs, Deal Desk, Legal, and Finance to close complex negotiations.

The role involves leading strategy and business operations for the US Public Sector, driving cross-functional initiatives, and optimizing sales performance through data analysis and relationship-building.
