Lead a team of approximately eight Account Executives serving mid-market public sector organizations. Own enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close, developing executive relationships within strategic accounts and selling Samsara’s connected operations solutions. Manage complex deals involving POCs, trials, multiple stakeholders, pricing negotiations, and C-level engagement. Consistently exceed quota on $100K+ ARR transactions, conduct strategic outbound prospecting, and travel monthly to meet customers.

Own complex enterprise sales cycles for Samsara’s Connected Operations Cloud, from strategic prospecting and qualification through close. Build executive relationships, manage POCs and trials, navigate multi-stakeholder negotiations, and sell $100,000+ ARR solutions to enterprise customers. Consistently exceed quota, engage operations, finance, and IT stakeholders, and travel monthly to meet customers across the Southeast.

Owns strategic, cross-cutting initiatives for Samsara’s Telematics business, driving commercial impact and identifying adjacent product opportunities. The role involves developing hypotheses and business cases, incubating 0-to-1 or 1-to-10 products, partnering closely with engineering and go-to-market teams, prototyping with AI tools, and validating solutions with customers. This is a hands-on, highly autonomous principal-level individual contributor role focused on B2B SaaS and physical operations.

Own the multi-year vision and end-to-end software install experience for Samsara devices. Drive install correctness metric, design guided install and verification flows in the Samsara Fleet app, build intelligence to verify hardware installs, provide fleet readiness visibility, run customer install observations, and translate findings into roadmap across hardware, firmware, and software.

Build and govern design system components, patterns, tokens, guidelines, evaluations, and AI-assisted design and code generation workflows. Ship accessible, responsive, high-performance web and mobile interfaces while ensuring design decisions translate reliably into maintainable code. Establish contribution, governance, and deprecation models; gather user feedback and usage data; and collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to improve system quality and adoption.

Design and develop customer and partner learning experiences across online, video, audio, in-app, live, and certification formats. Own the curriculum for a Samsara product area, translate complex software concepts into effective instruction, create assessments, collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts, and improve instructional processes through AI-assisted tools and iterative development.
