Provide high-level executive support including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, global travel and expense management, process and systems development, stakeholder relationship management, and preparation of executive briefings and summaries to increase productivity and accountability.

Own strategic, executive-level customer relationships for enterprise accounts. Guide Sysdig deployments and architecture on Kubernetes and cloud platforms, run business reviews, lead workshops, map outcomes to technical capabilities, support renewals and expansion, identify/mitigate risks, troubleshoot environments, and partner with Product, Engineering, Support, and Services to drive value and mentor junior team members.

Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team to deliver a next-gen CSPM product. Drive cross-functional initiatives, manage dependencies, enforce delivery rigor, design cloud-native multitenant microservices, adopt Claude Code AI workflows, implement AI-driven automation and CI/CD, and remain hands-on to unblock technical milestones while conducting performance development.
