Lead administration, tuning, backup/recovery, and troubleshooting for SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Implement observability with Datadog, build dashboards and alerts, define SLIs/SLOs, and collaborate with engineering to ensure database reliability, scalability, and performance across environments.
