Performs security assessments, vulnerability identification, threat mitigation, security architecture, and implementation of information assurance systems for a DoD Zero Trust program. The role designs and integrates security controls across network, computing, and enclave environments; supports risk management, certification, compliance, and security planning; and assists with installation, migration, and configuration activities across multiple client locations.

Leads the design, implementation, integration, and operation of enterprise Zero Trust security solutions for a DoD client. Evaluates technologies, aligns architectures with DoD requirements, secures networks and systems, integrates cybersecurity monitoring and response tools, researches security improvements, and briefs client leadership. The role supports installation, migration, and configuration activities across multiple locations and requires extensive collaboration with network and hardware teams.

Evaluate and develop compute technologies for an advanced technology lab. Design and build compute environments for sandboxes, proofs of concept, and lab-as-a-service engagements. Create architectural diagrams, access guides, test plans, use cases, and technical designs. Collaborate with customers, sales, partners, and internal teams; support business development and marketing initiatives; maintain OEM partnerships; and achieve certifications required for partner status.

Provide Tier 3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform: troubleshoot complex incidents, perform RCA, manage Microsoft escalations, maintain Dataverse and environment lifecycle, support integrations, document resolutions, and mentor lower tiers while following ITIL-aligned processes.

Designs and architects data solutions involving relational and cloud databases, large-scale data processing, ETL, integrations, APIs, analytics, and reporting. Develop and deliver AI training, tutorials, documentation, presentations, and demonstrations for technical teams and executives. Support adoption through office hours, change management, stakeholder communication, troubleshooting, and feedback gathering.

Leads enterprise adoption of AI-native engineering tools, workflows, and practices. Researches and prototypes emerging platforms, develops proofs of concept and reference architectures, and partners with engineering teams to operationalize solutions. Owns AI training and enablement through documentation, presentations, tutorials, videos, office hours, and executive briefings. Evaluates tooling, optimizes development processes, supports organizational change, and gathers feedback to improve engineering standards and developer experience.

Leads solution architecture for complex automation opportunities, partnering with sales and clients to define use cases, assess feasibility, develop proposals, and build business cases. Owns opportunity governance, coaches solution architects, aligns pursuit and delivery teams, documents handoffs, and drives continuous improvement across automation programs integrating cloud, security, and digital services.

Lead client-facing FinOps engagements from discovery through realization, including cloud cost assessments, tooling implementation, allocation models, optimization, governance, and technical remediation. Advise executive stakeholders, architect solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP, and support presales proposals. Develop reusable delivery frameworks, playbooks, SOWs, pricing models, and scalable offerings, including emerging AI infrastructure cost-management practices.
