The Senior Customer Success Manager will mentor customers on Sonatype product implementations, build trusted relationships, and drive customer value, ensuring high renewal rates and successful product usage.

Design, automate, and scale Azure-based infrastructure and CI/CD using IaC (Terraform/Bicep/ARM) and Azure DevOps. Build pipelines, manage AKS and containers, implement observability and security, drive reliability engineering, standardize reusable platform patterns, and mentor engineering teams on DevSecOps best practices.

Lead design and delivery of agentic-first capabilities in Nexus Repository Manager: architect multi-agent subsystems, own product area execution, define verification and eval harnesses, ensure security/reliability for software supply chain features, and mentor senior engineers while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
