Owns global compensation and equity programs, including annual compensation cycles, job evaluation, salary structures, pay equity, salary surveys, and compensation policy governance. Administers RSUs, PSUs, stock options, and ESPP programs; manages grants, vesting, reporting, tax coordination, and acquisition-related equity treatment. Maintains compensation data integrity, develops reporting, supports compliance and audits, and advises HR, recruiting, and business leaders.

Provides financial leadership for a multifunctional business platform, driving FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, revenue recognition, working capital, capital allocation, and performance reporting. Partners with business and finance leaders on strategic planning, productivity initiatives, operating reviews, M&A projects, and financial execution. The role also manages budgets, supports period-end close, ensures compliance with accounting standards, and mentors junior staff.

Leads multiple complex, cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through completion, managing scope, schedules, resources, budgets, risks, issues, changes, and deliverables. Communicates project status to stakeholders, tracks costs and progress, improves project management processes, and mentors project team members. Requires strong organizational, communication, and project implementation skills, plus experience with distributed teams and Dynamics 365 or an equivalent ERP system.
