Leads technical and non-technical teams through project delivery and adoption of a Product Delivery model. Manages scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications across life insurance, annuity, index, and SaaS initiatives. Facilitates PI planning and program ceremonies, coaches teams on Agile and scaled Agile practices, manages vendors, and supports roadmap and value-stream execution using both Waterfall and Agile methods.

Develop and maintain data engineering solutions using Informatica Data Management Cloud, Control-M, Snowflake, and SQL. Responsibilities include sourcing, transforming, cleansing, ingesting, analyzing, and visualizing data; building automated workflows and scalable ETL processes; supporting data architecture and deployments; and delivering reusable code for large datasets. The role requires collaboration with technical and business partners, troubleshooting, mentoring, and managing multiple priorities.

Build relationships with bank and independent broker-dealer partners to grow annuity sales. Supports GAAP or Statutory/Tax actuarial valuation and financial reporting for life insurance and annuity products. Responsibilities include monthly reserve production, reserve movement analysis, valuation control maintenance, actuarial program updates for new products and regulations, and related projects. The role requires five completed ASA examinations, at least one year of actuarial experience, strong analytical and technical skills, and familiarity with actuarial modeling software such as GGY-AXIS.

Lead quality assurance activities for large projects, including test planning, design, execution, management, metrics, and communication. Coordinate internal teams, contract testers, vendors, and UAT sign-offs while providing QA subject matter expertise. Participate in requirements and design reviews, maintain testing documentation, resolve issues, and advance quality engineering practices through automation, AI tooling, and Testing Center of Excellence initiatives.

Manages HR systems strategy, administration, optimization, integrations, data integrity, governance, reporting, and analytics. Partners with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to translate requirements into system solutions, improve workflows, support upgrades, and evaluate AI-enabled tools. Serves as the HR technology subject matter expert and may mentor others without formal supervisory responsibility.

Define and maintain product vision and roadmaps for 1-2 teams, prioritize and manage the backlog, translate business needs into epics and user stories, lead cross-functional delivery using Agile/SDLC, assess risks and dependencies, measure product outcomes, manage budget/resource allocation, and drive continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment.

Reviews and analyzes annuity applications, replacements, and suitability documentation under NAIC regulations, company guidelines, and industry standards. Evaluates financial information, documents suitability recommendations, communicates with agents and applicants, manages complex workflow queues, and supports quality review and departmental projects. Provides regulatory guidance and subject matter expertise while ensuring timely, accurate, and customer-focused processing.

Provides accounting advisory for investment assets and transactions, ensuring GAAP and statutory reporting compliance. Evaluates new investments, derivatives, hedging programs, consolidations, and asset transfers; monitors emerging accounting guidance; develops accounting policies and position papers; educates stakeholders; and supports audit discussions. Requires strong research, communication, judgment, and cross-functional collaboration skills. The role has no formal people-management responsibilities but may provide mentorship and subject-matter guidance.

Support the Director of Investments in research, asset allocation, portfolio management, reporting automation, and investment operations. Coordinate with internal teams and external asset managers, improve cash management and data processes, detect and correct data errors, assist in CECL allowance calculations, and provide ad-hoc analytical support.
