Lead cross-border and domestic business development to build a $50M+ GMV pipeline. Source and close strategic Chinese and U.S. brand partnerships, manage CRM/KPIs, negotiate commercial terms, represent Spreetail at industry events, and report results to senior leadership.

Lead global trade compliance as a Licensed Customs Broker, build scalable programs, improve classification and broker SOPs, launch KPI dashboards, drive duty optimization strategies, and present compliance roadmap and savings to leadership while partnering cross-functionally.

You will design and maintain backend services for fulfillment operations while leading technical design, mentoring others, and addressing systemic issues in software systems.
