Owns the functional support, enhancement strategy, and roadmap for Oracle HCM Cloud applications. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to prioritize requirements, manage the product backlog, resolve complex functional issues, oversee testing and releases, and improve HCM processes.
