Manage post-sale relationships for digital and tech-touch customers by driving onboarding, adoption, renewals, upsells, advocacy, and measurable platform value. The role owns customer KPIs, resolves adoption barriers, coordinates cross-functional issue resolution, supports product releases, develops process improvements, and identifies expansion opportunities. Own technical success for an enterprise account portfolio: drive onboarding, support, enablement, and escalations; collaborate with Account, Product, and Engineering teams; communicate product gaps; document implementations; enable customers on best practices; participate in on-call pager rotation; and help shape the Technical Account Management function.

Outbound-focused BDR role responsible for prospecting new logos, building pipeline, making 20-40 outbound calls/day, qualifying inbound leads, handing off opportunities to sales, maintaining CRM (NetSuite), and collaborating on targeting strategies.
