The Account Executive is responsible for executing sales strategies to increase market share, build referral relationships, and educate the medical community about hospice services.

Lead centralized BizOps for NSIS vulnerability management: oversee remediation tracking, escalations, leadership reporting, cross-functional coordination, and process automation. Drive operating model maintenance, stakeholder alignment, executive communications, SharePoint/Teams collaboration, financial and workforce tracking, and continuous operational improvement to reduce security risk and improve remediation outcomes.

Manage strategic PBM relationships with health plan clients: lead contract renewals, drive retention and profitability, present performance reviews, implement benefit designs, supervise client implementations and teams, identify cost-savings and upsell opportunities, and maintain client communications and compliance.
