Designs, develops, maintains, and supports healthcare application integrations and EHR connectivity. The role works with HL7, FHIR, REST, XML, JSON, Java, JavaScript, and integration engines such as Rhapsody or Mirth. Responsibilities include interface governance, authentication and security strategy, monitoring, troubleshooting, testing, change management, documentation, stakeholder communication, and occasional on-call production support.

Lead Salesforce development and integrations across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Design and review Apex, Visualforce, LWC/Aura, optimize SOQL and bulk processing, manage CI/CD and version control, enforce security/compliance (HIPAA, SOC2), implement test automation, and coordinate releases and environment deployments while collaborating with admins, stakeholders, and other IT teams.

The Staff Engineer will design and manage ML infrastructure while mentoring teams, driving MLOps strategies, and ensuring compliance in healthcare data systems.
