Monitor performance, recommend growth and monetization opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, and use AI tools responsibly to accelerate planning, testing, and reporting.

Manage daily communication for channel accounts, support onboarding, optimize programs in Salesforce, drive account growth, and enhance client success through proactive relationship management.

Administer end-to-end U.S. employee benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, leave, wellness, retirement), manage open enrollment and 401(k) administration and audits, ensure HRIS data accuracy and regulatory compliance, liaise with brokers/carriers/payroll, support global benefits coordination, and provide benefits reporting, communications, and process improvements.
