Own the full inside-sales cycle for SMB partners: prospecting (phone/email/SMS/social), qualify leads, close deals, manage pipeline in Salesforce, onboard partners and hand over to Growth while pursuing continuous improvement.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) customer support via email and chat, handle priority issues, act as brand ambassador, use knowledge base and CX channels, collaborate with internal teams to resolve user issues, meet KPIs and targets, and work 10–20 hours weekly (part-time, remote within Texas).
