Engage Cabela's customers to promote Hilton Grand Vacations ownership, deliver presentations, identify guest needs, meet sales goals, provide concierge-style recommendations, stay current on promotions, and participate in training. Must work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Supervise and coach field sales teams to meet FPS package sales targets, train new hires, manage schedules and marketing materials, coordinate with marketing leadership, maintain policies, handle partner and customer issues, and support hiring and performance management to achieve area sales forecasts.
