Drive enterprise sales of Clarivate’s learning technology products to colleges and universities. Build executive relationships, create market awareness, develop territory and account plans, close complex opportunities, manage forecasting, and establish early-adopter partnerships. The role involves navigating university procurement and governance processes, collaborating cross-functionally, representing the company at industry events, and providing market feedback to shape product strategy and commercialization.

Provides patent and trademark filing and prosecution support through docketing, document management, IDS preparation, recordals, reference management, and coordination with domestic and foreign agents. Lead product-led sales for Clarivate's research and analytics portfolio to US academic institutions. Drive pipeline, grow deal size, cross-sell, support selective new logo acquisition, collaborate with Account Managers, craft value-based solutions, forecast and report on pipeline, and maintain senior customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Manage a high-volume SMB customer portfolio focused on renewals, retention, and expansion within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors. Engage customers, identify needs, recommend value-added solutions, execute renewal strategies, maintain product and market knowledge, manage sales pipelines, and provide accurate renewal forecasts and updates to leadership. The role is fully remote within the continental United States and requires collaboration across global time zones.

Supports academic and government customers across pre- and post-sales activities for Clarivate’s research analytics solutions. Builds trusted relationships, demonstrates solution value, supports renewals, conducts onboarding and refresher sessions, presents at events, coordinates webinars, and partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption, retention, growth, and customer outcomes.
