Lead development and execution of retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value. Deploy, upgrade, and maintain High-Speed Data infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, DOCSIS). Administer CentOS/RHEL systems, automate with Python/Ansible/Shell, troubleshoot escalations, create LLDs, run upgrades, train teams, perform on-call duties, and ensure security and high availability.

Lead strategy and execution for customer retention and lifecycle management across residential internet customers. Own onboarding, engagement, churn reduction, loyalty, predictive analytics, personalization, and cross-functional programs to improve customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and drive measurable financial outcomes.

Manage the full lifecycle and roadmap for Business Voice products (Hosted PBX, SIP, POTS, PRI, Hosted Voice), drive product strategy, analyze customer needs and competitive landscape, collaborate cross-functionally and with sales to improve adoption and experience.
