Lead and develop a team of SMB Sales Engineers supporting enterprise and multi-location customers. Oversee technical sales support, solution architecture, RFP responses, demos, and escalations. Drive sales enablement, training, performance metrics, and cross-functional feedback. Ensure technically accurate, supportable, and financially responsible solutions across broadband, fiber, networking, security, SD-WAN, hosted voice, and managed services.

Lead and develop a small team of SMB Sales Engineers to provide technical sales support across Field Sales, Call Center, and Customer Care.
