Define KPIs, set targets, run QBRs, oversee Practice Performance Advisors to drive adoption, compliance, share shift and revenue growth. Own partner forecasting, negotiation, and executive relationships while aligning cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to execute partner growth plans and measurable commercial outcomes.
