Leads complex consulting, training, and technical account management services sales engagements. Develops account strategies, cultivates executive and IT customer relationships, creates proposals, generates opportunities, negotiates contracts, forecasts pipeline, and closes solution-oriented deals. Partners with delivery, technical, and sales teams to expand engagements and support successful Red Hat technology adoption. Mentors junior team members and travels approximately 25–50%.

Provides proactive technical account management for enterprise customers using Red Hat OpenShift and infrastructure solutions. Conducts infrastructure reviews, advises on optimization and best practices, resolves complex technical issues, coordinates with engineering and support teams, documents cases, advocates for customers, leads account reviews, and mentors junior team members.
