Lead customer-facing data migration engagements from discovery and technical scoping through extraction, transformation, import, testing, validation, and handoff. Assess source data quality, define mappings and transformation rules, establish requirements and responsibilities, and manage Statements of Work, estimates, risks, and pricing. Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, Professional Services Consultants, and technical teams to resolve blockers. Own feature-level execution for Time Tracking and Equipment products: manage beta feedback, meet customers to gather insights, write product requirements and acceptance criteria, prioritize and run agile delivery with Engineering and Design, and drive GTM adoption while aligning tactical work to strategic goals.

Serve as Chief of Staff to the SVP of Product, owning cross-functional, ambiguous strategic problems (pricing, GTM, platform, M&A, new markets). Quickly develop plans, build executive-grade narratives, model quantitative cases, and bridge Product, Design, and Corporate Strategy to drive decisions and execution. Use AI tools as default workflow and support product leadership in refining strategy.

Write and deliver high-quality RFI/RFP/RFQ responses that position Procore competitively. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations to gather technical information, maintain proposal content, ensure RFP compliance, manage multiple projects on time, and tailor messaging for public and private construction markets.

Leads executive and internal communications for Procore’s Product and Technology organization. Partners with the President and technical leaders to shape messaging, prepare keynote presentations, draft internal communications, translate enterprise strategy into technical narratives, and support leadership transitions and business transformations. Collaborates with Brand, PR, and Social teams on external thought leadership focused on product innovation, AI, and technical excellence.

Lead a global Center of Excellence for GTM intelligence, standardize global forecasting and pipeline management, deliver executive-level insights, investigate root causes of revenue variance, enable field Revenue Operations partners, partner on GTM tech stack (CRM/BI), and hire and scale a high-performing revenue operations team to drive GTM performance.

Manage the full cybersecurity risk lifecycle, from assessment and scoring through treatment, acceptance, and closure. Map penetration test, audit, vulnerability, and configuration findings to root-cause risks and controls. Assess cloud and SaaS security risks, maintain data quality in the risk register, and communicate actionable insights to technical and business stakeholders. Use AI tools to accelerate risk analysis, evidence summarization, scenario modeling, reporting, and GRC automation.
