Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive retention and expansion. Build executive relationships, lead renewals and cross-sell/up-sell motions, collaborate on account planning, forecast revenue, and communicate product value to maximize customer lifetime value.

The Account-Based Marketing Manager will develop and execute ABM campaigns, collaborate with sales, and leverage insights to drive revenue growth.

Own and grow a book of ~40 mid-market accounts across LATAM, driving net-new sales and expansion. Lead cross-functional deal teams, qualify and close complex multi-threaded SaaS deals using MEDDPICC, negotiate contracts, forecast pipeline, and maintain executive relationships. Collaborate with channel, product, and customer success and travel occasionally for customer meetings and events.

Manage a book of 45-75 mid-market accounts to drive net new growth and expansion against a $2-4M quota. Lead cross-functional deal teams, build executive relationships, apply MEDDPICC to qualify and close complex multithreaded SaaS deals, negotiate contracts, source and qualify pipeline, provide accurate forecasting, and collaborate with partners and internal teams. Travel occasionally.

Partner with Sales and Success Account Teams to build pipeline through outbound prospecting, meeting-setting, and quota attainment. Craft value-driven messaging, email and video outreach, handle objections, and use SFDC, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator to track activity and conversions.

Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to generate and qualify pipeline for large, complex customers through outbound prospecting (email, social, video, calling). Meet setting, conversion, and quota goals while collaborating with sales, marketing, partners, and operations. Use sales tools (SFDC, Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator) and develop deep customer understanding.

Lead strategic post-sales engagements to help enterprise customers adopt Atlassian Strategy Collection (Jira Align, Focus, Talent, Rovo). Drive discovery, solution design, rollout planning, governance, value realization, playbook creation, cross-functional orchestration, product feedback, and executive alignment. Coach peers and scale repeatable adoption patterns. Travel up to 15%.

Lead strategic, high-complexity post-sales engagements for Atlassian's Strategy Collection. Advise senior stakeholders on architecture, operating models, governance, and transformation programs; define reusable standards, maturity models, and field guidance; measure value realization; influence cross-functional teams and provide escalation-level customer guidance. Travel up to 20%.

Prepare quarterly and annual US federal and state income tax provisions and audited financial statements; gather and prepare workpapers for US tax returns; leverage technology (including AI) for process improvement; research tax issues and provide recommendations; and communicate with federal and state tax authorities on tax matters.
