Oversee roadmaps, delivery scope, schedules, budgets, financial performance, utilization, resource allocation, risks, change management, and benefits realization. Serve as a trusted executive advisor and primary liaison across customers, vendors, and internal teams. Lead governance, reporting, escalations, stakeholder communication, and opportunities to expand Epicor solutions.

Leads customer-facing consulting and professional services engagements from planning through completion. Coordinates delivery, project risk, profitability, scope, pricing, and customer outcomes across multiple engagements. Partners with sales, support, consultants, executives, and internal teams; leads project kickoffs, steering committees, escalations, and customer presentations. Supports proposals, work plans, delivery strategy, and large-scale deployments. Requires 8+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and project leadership skills, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
