Lead regional commercial execution and revenue growth for a $50M+ industrial valve and automation portfolio. Manage six Sales Engineers, develop distributor and channel strategies, grow end-user opportunities, capture specifications, maintain approved vendor list positions, coordinate with operations and product teams, resolve commercial issues, and provide regional forecasts and performance reports. The role covers industrial markets across the West-Midwest region and requires approximately 50% travel.

Provides onsite technical support for pumps and mechanical seals at customer facilities and a repair center. Troubleshoots equipment issues, recommends repairs, upgrades, and replacements, conducts failure and performance analysis, and supports installation and operation. Coordinates with customers, sales, reliability, service, and manufacturing teams; maintains engineering data and equipment inventories; processes engineering changes and corrective actions; supports standardization, customer specifications, bad-actor meetings, and technical training. Requires local and overnight travel, site access credentials, and physical mobility.
