Provides global technical leadership for Sophos’s MSSP program and AI security solutions. Designs architectures, leads technical discovery, demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of value, and builds labs, attack simulations, and reusable technical assets. Advises partners on managed security service delivery, integrations, automation, and operational readiness. Acts as a cybersecurity and AI security subject-matter expert, mentors technical teams, supports cross-functional product efforts, and represents Sophos in customer and industry engagements. Travel up to 50% across North America and internationally is required.

The role provides executive market visibility, defines performance metrics, supports organizational change, and builds a high-performing team serving sales, finance, and customer-facing stakeholders.

Leads Sophos’s global partner enablement strategy across VAR, MSP, MSSP, and distributor ecosystems. Designs role-based learning journeys, certifications, technical labs, playbooks, and content governance while aligning enablement with sales, channel, marketing, and customer success goals. Establishes performance metrics tied to partner ramp time, pipeline, adoption, renewals, and expansion. Builds a global enablement team and applies generative AI to scale accurate, governed content production and improve partner readiness.

Leads Americas Sales Finance and serves as a strategic advisor to senior sales leadership. Owns topline growth, P&L oversight, annual planning, forecasting, headcount, quota capacity, commissions, pricing, renewals, and investment allocation. Builds financial models, analyzes sales performance and channel economics, guides commercial decisions, and improves finance operating processes. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and global teams to drive alignment, accountability, and profitable growth.

Lead the Americas Customer Success team, developing a scalable engagement model across deployment, adoption, renewal, and customer value. Recruit and develop team members, create customer success playbooks, establish KPIs, optimize processes and platforms, and coordinate with sales, support, product, and operations. Drive usage, upselling, profitability, customer satisfaction, and churn reduction while analyzing customer data and resolving complex customer issues.

Leads Sophos’s Americas MSP channel strategy, revenue growth, partner productivity, and operating performance. Oversees recruitment, onboarding, enablement, retention, distribution relationships, recurring-revenue forecasting, strategic negotiations, and program optimization. Builds and coaches direct and matrixed teams while influencing product, pricing, investments, and partner-program decisions. Uses performance data and market intelligence to improve activation, adoption, retention, expansion, and return on investment across cybersecurity managed-service offerings.

Lead positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launches, channel enablement, competitive intelligence, and analyst relations for Sophos’ AI cybersecurity solutions. Translate complex technical capabilities into buyer- and partner-focused narratives, build launch assets and sales tools, and coordinate cross-functional execution across product, sales, marketing, and research teams. The role also develops customer feedback loops, competitive battlecards, and category-defining market perspectives.

Own Sophos EDR strategy, roadmap, technical product development, AI-powered experiences, and go-to-market execution. Translate customer needs, threat research, telemetry, competitive intelligence, and business goals into product priorities. Partner with engineering, security operations, threat research, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver endpoint detection, investigation, threat hunting, response, reporting, and XDR/MDR upgrade capabilities while driving adoption, revenue, and customer outcomes.

Leads marketing finance planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, spend management, financial modeling, and investment analysis. Partners with Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, BI, and Data Analytics teams to assess pipeline, funnel performance, bookings, conversion, ROI, and topline growth. Provides executive decision support, identifies performance gaps, improves forecasting and investment visibility, and implements AI-driven process improvements.
