Partner with Americas sales leadership to design, deliver, and measure GTM enablement programs. Partner with finance, IT, and vendors to resolve issues, deliver enhancements, and support AI-enabled finance initiatives while ensuring alignment with audit, compliance, and business requirements.

Transform SOC operational data into actionable insights to improve MDR service delivery. Analyze workflows, identify gaps and trends, define performance metrics, validate improvements, integrate AI into analysis, conduct root-cause investigations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
