Provides high-level support to the Chief Human Resources Officer by managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, events, confidential information, communications, action items, and executive deliverables. Coordinates cross-functional initiatives, prepares presentations and briefing materials, supports talent and leadership activities, manages international travel documentation, and improves HR office workflows using AI, Microsoft Copilot, and digital tools.

Leads the global IT SOX compliance program, including ITGC governance, risk-based scoping, control testing, audit coordination, remediation, continuous monitoring, and automation. Oversees access, change, system development, backup, recovery, interface, application, and third-party controls. Partners with Internal Audit, External Audit, Finance, Cybersecurity, IT Operations, and business teams while managing and developing a global compliance team. This is an onsite leadership role in Austin, Texas.

Maintain and improve quality engineering programs for electronic assembly: develop inspection/test methods, conduct root cause analysis (8D/PFMEA), implement corrective actions, run audits, train staff, assure data integrity, and support product/process qualifications and regulatory liaison.

Supports engineering development, testing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for manufacturing equipment, systems, and customer products. Performs complex tests, analyzes technical data, documents results, adjusts equipment, and assists with hardware and software test solutions. Reads technical drawings and schematics, fabricates components and fixtures, maintains documentation, supports customer interactions, collaborates with engineers and production teams, and trains technicians and operators in a manufacturing and laboratory environment.

Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and reporting. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive financial performance, ensure SOX compliance, support audits, evaluate acquisitions, and coach finance staff while providing actionable insights for strategic decisions.

Lead corporate FP&A activities including month/quarter-end reporting, forecasting, variance and scenario analysis, executive and Board presentations, EPM/OneStream reporting standardization, and cross-functional finance transformation and process automation to provide decision-support and financial insights for senior leadership.

Develop and maintain quality engineering programs, inspection/test methods, and disposition procedures. Implement PFMEA/control plans, lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions, compile quality data and audits, approve product/process qualifications, support product engineers and regulatory interfaces, and train staff on quality activities.

Leads global strategy, design, and deployment of advanced assembly technologies, automation, autonomous systems, and innovative manufacturing processes. Develops technology roadmaps, standard automation solutions, operating procedures, and training programs while coordinating engineering, operations, supply chain, sales, and design teams. Ensures production launches meet time, quality, safety, and financial goals, improves manufacturing costs and processes, and aligns engineering investments with business objectives.

Leads business development and strategic sales for the regulated manufacturing segment. Develops customer alliances, drives market penetration, manages P&L and financial metrics, oversees account relationships, coordinates cross-functional delivery, supports product roadmaps, and guides teams in winning new and expansion business.

Supports SMT manufacturing through equipment programming, setup, debugging, and troubleshooting. Establishes repeatable process parameters, resolves process issues using RCCA, improves cycle time and quality, implements SPC, analyzes yield data, and maintains process documentation. The role also develops and evaluates manufacturing processes and supports cost, quality, and delivery improvements across production operations.
