Maintains and improves quality engineering programs, standards, inspections, testing, sampling, audits, and corrective actions. Evaluates product and process quality, manages discrepant material disposition, ensures quality data integrity, approves product and equipment qualifications, trains personnel, supports customer quality interfaces, and liaises with regulatory bodies.

Manage technical accounting and revenue recognition policies, analyze contracts under ASC 606, oversee global revenue processes, support US GAAP and SEC reporting, assist with close and consolidation, maintain SOX compliance, coordinate audits, provide training, and lead special projects for senior accounting leadership.

Conduct variance analysis, technical accounting research, and US GAAP consultations. Partner with Finance, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, auditors, and senior management on reporting, compliance, SOX controls, intercompany activity, restructurings, and purchase accounting projects.

Develop and maintain automated test systems and software for liquid-cooled server rack products. Design test plans, execute and sustain manufacturing-level tests for servers, storage, and networking; perform failure analysis, debugging, data-driven improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality, performance, and safety across NPI and production.

Perform routine order entry and processing in production planning systems; communicate order status and committed ship dates to customers; validate configurations, material and capacity availability; release work orders and shipping authorizations; resolve basic scheduling conflicts and support quality in customer incident resolution.

Develop, implement, support, and troubleshoot automated assembly equipment and processes in a manufacturing environment. Program robots, vision systems, servos, pneumatics, and other automation equipment; design and modify manufacturing equipment; create technical documentation; coordinate preventive maintenance and spare parts with vendors and plant maintenance; collaborate with engineering and operations teams; and deploy systems at customer facilities with up to 15% U.S. travel.
