The Quality Engineer will manage quality issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead initiatives for process improvements and quality standards in manufacturing.

Provide legal support for SEC reporting, proxy and Section 16 compliance, insider‑trading policies, corporate governance, board and subsidiary governance, and treasury banking matters; coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and outside counsel; improve processes and support special projects.

The Automation Engineer will design, maintain automation equipment, support sites, develop solutions, and ensure timely delivery of automation requirements.

Oversee quality control by inspecting products, establishing testing procedures, evaluating test data, and suggesting manufacturing improvements. Responsible for training and performance evaluation of quality control teams.

Develop and maintain test processes for high-power AI/ML and GPU-based servers and accelerators. Design and automate test procedures, perform failure analysis and debugging, analyze data for continuous improvement, provide technical leadership and training, and ensure safety and compliance across NPI and production.

Responsible for developing test methods, performing inspections, interpreting dimensional requirements, using CAD systems, and optimizing processes for quality measurement.

Support the Program Manager by generating reports and analyses, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, monitor actions against metrics, manage shipment and supply-chain exceptions, and prepare customer review materials.

Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and equipment layouts to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. Lead root-cause analysis, equipment validation, GMP compliance, change control, and continuous improvement activities. Write work instructions, participate in PFMEA and control plan development, apply statistical methods, and coordinate with production and customers to ensure efficient production methods and specifications are met.

Design, deploy, launch and sustain manufacturing production lines for industrial, machinery, and power equipment. Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, detailed work instructions, and shop-floor setups. Identify and implement process improvements, support ECN changes, organize material flow and work areas, perform process characterization/validation, and support production floor to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

The Test Engineering Manager oversees testing processes, coordinates engineering activities, leads technical personnel, resolves testing issues, develops strategies, and ensures project completion within budget and on time.
