Processes customer orders and changes in production planning systems, communicates order status and ship dates, validates manufacturability, materials, and capacity, resolves scheduling conflicts, coordinates expedite requests, runs reports, and releases work orders and shipping authorizations. Experience with major SMT equipment brands is preferred, while PFMEA, DOE, SPC, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Six Sigma are advantageous.

Leads corporate and U.S. payroll accounting for a planned public-company spin-off. Responsibilities include month-end close, treasury, deferred compensation, payroll and benefits accounting, forecasting, cash flow, audits, SOX compliance, vendor management, policy documentation, M&A support, and team leadership. The role partners with executive management, auditors, legal, tax, FP&A, and regional accounting teams while building efficient, sustainable accounting processes.

Maintains quality engineering programs, standards, and continuous improvements for electronic manufacturing. Develops inspection, testing, sampling, and discrepancy-disposition methods; analyzes quality and reliability data; leads corrective actions, audits, equipment qualification, and training; supports customer quality interfaces; and liaises with regulatory bodies.
