Serve as Cisco’s primary legal advisor for U.S. employee benefits, including health, welfare, retirement, ERISA compliance, fiduciary governance, plan administration, filings, documentation, contracts, litigation, and claims. Lead benefits due diligence and integration for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; interpret legislative changes; mitigate regulatory risk; and partner with HR, Finance, Global Benefits, and broader employment-law teams.

Analyze supply chain business processes and large datasets to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and actionable insights. Build data visualizations, present findings, catalog data sources and metrics, and support integrated data architecture. Translate strategy into technical direction, lead cross-team projects, mentor engineers, contribute production-grade code, run threat modeling, improve observability and on-call reliability, and prototype complex integrations and PoCs.
