Partner with Product, Marketing, Data Science, Design, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to launch initiatives and improve measurable business outcomes.

Lead Strategic Finance for SoFi Checking & Savings and Credit Card: own multi-year planning, forecasts, unit-economics modeling (LTV/CAC), capital-allocation, scenario analysis, business cases, and post-investment measurement. Partner cross-functionally, synthesize insights for executive leadership, scale AI use cases, and manage and develop a high-performing finance team.

Serve as strategic HR advisor to Financial Services and Borrow/Operations Engineering leadership. Drive org design, compensation, performance management, employee relations, D&I, and development.
