The Customer Support Engineer diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs complex equipment while ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal equipment performance.

Provide field service and technical support for KLA PCB/Orbotech systems: system commissioning, breakdown repairs, preventative maintenance, customer interfacing, and detailed diagnostics of pneumatic, vacuum, electronic, and computer components. Maintain field reports and represent company values.

Provide field service support for semiconductor manufacturing systems including commissioning, breakdown repairs, preventative maintenance, and customer-facing technical support. Troubleshoot RF, pneumatic, vacuum, electronic, PLC/DeviceNet and computer issues to component level, complete field reports, and recommend product/process improvements. Work autonomously in fab cleanrooms and travel frequently to customer sites.

Provide technical customer engagement and applications support for semiconductor equipment, perform complex data and image analysis, present results to internal and external customers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Support field metrology issue resolution, coordinate factory-to-field technology transfer, develop training and collateral, work with R&D on product definition, risk assessment, modeling, and process characterization, and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
