Leads Technical Architects and Program Managers delivering AI application and agent solutions through Azure AI Foundry. Provides technical leadership on generative AI, agent frameworks, RAG, orchestration, platform productionization, and Responsible AI. Oversees reusable architectures and accelerators, customer escalations, enablement, strategic customer engagements, product feedback, talent development, and team culture. Partners with field teams, customers, product groups, support engineers, and learning organizations to accelerate AI transformation and adoption.

Own reliability and operational health for Microsoft Substrate cloud services in regulated environments. Designs, deploys, adopts, and optimizes Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform solutions for customers and partners. Advises technical and business decision-makers on cloud architectures, security, resilience, compliance, risks, and digital transformation. Identifies solution opportunities, removes deployment blockers, drives consumption and adoption, leads customer engagements, mentors team members, and influences product roadmaps through customer feedback and technical thought leadership.

Define product vision and roadmap for enterprise AI readiness within Microsoft Security. Lead cross-functional teams to build secure, customer-facing experiences across identity, devices, data, governance, and cloud, measure adoption via telemetry, engage customers and stakeholders, and drive go-to-market and operational excellence.

Leads Site Reliability Engineering teams responsible for reliability, availability, incident response, disaster recovery, automation, telemetry, security, and compliance for Microsoft Substrate services in regulated environments. Establishes SLOs and SLIs, drives operational excellence, participates in on-call rotations, leads post-incident improvements, develops senior engineers, and influences cross-organizational engineering strategy.
