Designs, deploys, adopts, and optimizes Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform solutions for customers and partners. Advises technical and business decision-makers on cloud architectures, security, resilience, compliance, risks, and digital transformation. Design, implement, debug, and ship features for Azure Storage front end at cloud scale. Drive design, dependency identification, automation, reliability, observability, and on-call incident response while collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring engineers.

Leads end-to-end AI model capacity programs, including demand management, prioritization, allocation, governance, forecasting, and resource optimization. The role coordinates Engineering, Finance, Product, Capacity Planning, Sales, and executive stakeholders; establishes operating processes and governance; develops dashboards and executive reporting; identifies risks and bottlenecks; and drives automation and continuous improvement to scale AI capacity operations and support customer and business outcomes.
