Lead design and implementation of end-to-end debug and validation solutions for at-scale datacenter hardware. Drive cross-team root-cause analysis, defect reduction projects, test strategy, automation, and large-scale test deployment while communicating progress and technical recommendations to stakeholders.

Lead functional verification and validation of complex DPU/SoC designs across pre-silicon and post-silicon stages. Develop, optimize, debug, and refactor code; produce design docs; act as DRI and on-call responder; improve system reliability, observability, and performance; contribute to open-source and collaborate with Microsoft product teams.

Lead ML-focused silicon architecture: explore algorithms/architectures for AI accelerators, build bit-accurate C-models and test platforms, drive architecture exploration, and collaborate with hardware/software teams to support design, DV, emulation, and kernel development through the silicon cycle.

Lead supplier quality strategy and drive root-cause analysis for cloud server hardware. Perform hands-on GPU subsystem and system-level debugging in global data centers, manage NPI builds and quality gates, establish critical-to-quality metrics, and coordinate cross-team and supplier resolution of high-severity issues.

Lead product and test engineering for new SoC development and high-volume manufacturing. Drive pre- and post-silicon power, performance, thermal, ATE test programs, fusing/data flow, characterization, debug, yield analysis, and cross-functional vendor management from definition through launch.
