Leads semiconductor product and test engineering for new chip development and manufacturing. Responsibilities include scan and structural test, ATE program development, silicon bring-up, validation, characterization, debug, ATPG pattern integration, fault diagnosis, coverage closure, and yield improvement. Lead hardware-software integration and collaborate with silicon, electrical, hardware, operating system, and platform software teams to deliver scalable, reliable capabilities across Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure.

Own long-range demand planning for Microsoft Cloud network hardware.
