Lead physical design for block, sub-chip, and full-chip ASIC/SoC implementations. Develop and automate PD flows, evaluate nodes/IP/EDA tools, drive floorplanning through signoff (CTS, placement, routing, STA, verification), optimize power/IR/EM, report risks, and support program needs with occasional travel.

Lead BIOS/UEFI firmware strategy and delivery for Microsoft Azure fleet. Define vendor-agnostic requirements, drive security/validation, oversee NPI for new hardware SKUs, manage agile delivery, and collaborate with partners and silicon vendors to optimize performance, telemetry, and diagnostics.

Work with customers and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deliver cloud-based software solutions. Write and reuse code, create design documents, break down work, act as on-call DRI for simple incidents, and stay current with technologies. Lead or own verification of fabric interconnect components by defining verification strategies and test plans. Develop UVM-based or formal environments, run and debug simulations, apply random-stimulus and coverage-driven techniques, improve verification efficiency through tools/methodologies, use generative AI in verification tasks, and mentor teammates while collaborating with partner teams to ensure quality and coverage signoff.
