The Head of RE Labs & Fabs Infrastructure will develop strategic infrastructure plans, oversee governance, manage projects, ensure operational excellence, and foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance lab, manufacturing, and data center environments.

Lead reliability activities for photonic integrated circuits (PICs): evaluate failure modes, coordinate accelerated stress tests, develop life models from aging-data, and drive failure mode analyses across design, development, and production teams.

Senior, customer-facing technical leader who defines and governs end-to-end solution architectures and multi-year technology roadmaps for a large CSP. Engages with customer CxOs, aligns cross-BG architecture across network, cloud, and IT, supports value-based selling with ROI/TCO models, and drives innovation and co-creation with product, R&D, and delivery teams.

Design, implement, simulate, and bring to production high-speed analog/mixed-signal circuits (ADCs, DACs, PLLs, SERDES) in advanced CMOS FinFET. Create and supervise layout, evaluate topology trade-offs for power/area/linearity/bandwidth, develop test plans with PE/TE teams, and follow team design methodologies and release flows.

Serve as primary enablement liaison for a major channel partner in rural broadband. Define engagement and account plans, lead joint marketing and selling initiatives, drive order intake and revenue, manage partner relationships via QBRs and pipeline reviews, provide competitive insights and win-loss analysis, and report on forecasts and KPIs. Collaborate cross-functionally to align resources and enable partner field teams. Travel 25-50%.

Develop, install, document, and support functional/system manufacturing tests for optical transport products. Create test plans/specs, automated test infrastructure and VB.NET/Python test software, fault-isolation tools, and statistical analysis of optical measurements. Partner with engineering and cross-functional NPI/defect-reduction teams to refine testability, improve processes, and mature manufacturing test infrastructure.

Lead North America optical technical sales and business development teams to define strategy, create pipeline, influence product roadmaps, drive RFQ/RFP responses, craft technical customer solutions with account managers, and meet sales, order and margin targets while engaging customers and traveling across NAM.

Manage technical data for IP Routing hardware NPI programs: support NPI from data entry through factory implementation, maintain product data and Engineering Change Orders across the product lifecycle, and coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to ensure accurate PLM/PDM records and implementation.

Lead strategic partnering initiatives for Nokia Technology Standards: identify, negotiate, and close partnership deals; own partner relationships; coordinate cross-functional teams; define success metrics and reporting; mentor junior staff and shape partnering strategy to drive IP licensing revenue.

Lead a mechanical development team designing opto-electronic packages and modules. Manage project plans, cross-disciplinary coordination, technical reviews (FMEAs, FEA), DFM with suppliers, resource planning, status reporting, and drive product quality, reliability, and innovation for high-speed communications.
