Develop, qualify, and optimize wet etch and wet clean processes for InP photonic integrated circuits. Responsibilities include characterizing devices, automating wafer and chip test stations, integrating commercial hardware, analyzing measurement data, collaborating with design teams, and creating custom hardware with CAD and rapid prototyping to support manufacturing.

Designs and develops hardware test boards and platforms for high-speed electro-optical device characterization in R&D and manufacturing environments. Performs laboratory testing, analog design and debugging, test-system development, hardware bring-up, and firmware development for microcontrollers. Supports System-on-Chip optical engine development and interfaces with vendors. Develop account strategies, influence customer technology roadmaps, manage complex sales cycles, and coordinate cross-functional teams through qualification, proof-of-concept, procurement, and deployment. Apply expertise in networking, IP routing, optical transport, and data center interconnect technologies to drive revenue, competitive wins, and long-term account expansion with hyperscale and large-scale infrastructure customers.
