Lead strategic renewals for complex, high-value enterprise accounts. Responsibilities include developing tailored renewal strategies, managing and forecasting the renewal pipeline in CRM systems, negotiating multi-year contracts, engaging C-level stakeholders, mitigating risks, ensuring CRM accuracy and compliance, and identifying expansion opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers.

Manage a strategic portfolio of 40–55 enterprise customers, owning retention, adoption, expansion, GRR, and NRR. Lead executive strategy reviews, value-based customer conversations, risk mitigation, adoption planning, and renewal-intent validation. Partner with Sales, Renewals, and GTM pod leaders across the customer lifecycle. Use automated and AI-enabled workflows to improve account planning, identify customer signals, maintain account hygiene, and scale customer engagement.

Audits closed-won Salesforce deals for accurate terms, approvals, pricing, products, contracts, and documentation. Supports quote creation and troubleshooting in DealHub CPQ, resolves Deal Desk tickets, applies commercial policy, and partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations. Identifies recurring deal-quality issues and process gaps while contributing to workflow improvements.
