Manage scope, costs, timelines, documentation, communications, and project closure while partnering with Infosec, IT, engineering teams, customers, and external stakeholders. Apply knowledge of information security, IT auditing, privacy regulations, and security technologies to deliver strategic initiatives.

Leads and scales the global enterprise Deal Desk function, overseeing deal structuring, pricing, discount governance, bookings accuracy, SKU management, order forms, and quote-to-cash processes. Partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, IT, and RevOps to improve approval frameworks, pricing effectiveness, Salesforce and CPQ systems, transaction reporting, and commercial operations. Manages and develops a global Deal Desk team while supporting complex SaaS sales motions and advising senior stakeholders.
